There is a 7-Day money back guarantee on any monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscriptions. After the 7-day period expires, no refunds are provided. To ensure satisfaction with our Live Odds service, customers are encouraged to check the system requirements and the user should have some knowledge using the required software before making the purchase. Handicapping/Sports Picks Information:
There is a no refund policy on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half Season, and Full Season pick pages. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed information can be easily consumed or copied. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have provided the information to a customer, the sale is final, and the customer may not return information for a refund or credit. However, we realize that extenuating circumstances may occur. Therefore, we will honor requests for refund for Non-delivery of the product: handicapper failed to publish plays toward a Daily Pick package will result in full refund; Handicapper fails to publish plays for 3 consecutive days or more will result in a partial pro-rated refund.
Notes: - Guaranteed picks are only charged upon graded a winning pick. Losing picks are not charged. No refunds are available on winning Guaranteed Picks. - There are no performance guarantees on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half Season, and Full Season pick packages. Refunds will not be provided due to poor predictive performance.
There is a no refund policy on Gold Memberships.

Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have provided the tipsheet document to a customer, the sale is final, and the customer may not return document for a refund or credit. However, we realize that extenuating circumstances may occur. Therefore, we (will) honor requests for (a) refund for Download issues: due to server or other technical issue, the document was not available to download.
Requests for Refund from fraud:
Requests for refund due to unauthorized transactions or other fraudulent use of our credit/debit card on VegasInsider.com will be considered on a case by case bases. As a courtesy, we will work with your credit card company and investigate any claims of fraudulent transactions. If determined that such transaction(s) were most likely made fraudulently using your credit/debit card, we will refund all transactions as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may request proof that steps have been taken to prevent such fraudulent activity in the future, such as, but not limited to, closing of credit/debit card account used in the fraudulent transaction(s) or issuance of a new credit/debit card by your card provider.
In all cases where claims of fraudulent transactions are received, the VegasInsider.com account(s) used to make purchase will be FROZEN or CANCELLED indefinitely, and steps may be taken to prevent new accounts to be opened using same user info or attempts to make additional purchases with same credit/debit card.
