PHILADELPHIA (AP) -D. Bryant threw for 198 yards and five touchdowns to lead the Kansas City Brigade to a 54-47 upset win over the Philadelphia Soul.

Kansas City (3-9) didn't have the win secured until Soul fullback Clifton Smith muffed a direct snap on the Brigade 1-yard line on the final play of the game.

Matt D'Orazio was 24-of-34 for 268 yards and six TDs for Philadelphia (10-3).
