Team Betting Notes

-- For the first time all season, the 'over' came through more times than the 'under'. Is it a sign of things to come? We'll see.

-- Cleveland (6-0) continues to steamroll the competition, posting a win against Pittsburgh (3-3). For some reason, Vegas continues to underrate the Gladiators, as this game was a pick 'em. But the Glads overpowered by Power 55-28. The 'under' has now cashed in three straight outings for Cleveland, and the under is also 4-1 in Pittsburgh's past five outings.

-- Portland (1-5) secured its first-ever victory with a 69-62 win on the road at Jacksonville (2-4). But the most surprisingly result was the total, which was the first over for both sides. Each team entered the week with the under cashing in each of its first five games.

-- Tampa Bay (3-4) lost for the third consecutive game at home against Spokane (4-2), and the 'under' cashed for the third time in four games for the Predators. They'll face the Thunder next weekend, a team which has had the under cash in five of its first six outings.

-- After a rough start to the season, Philadelphia (3-3) picked up a third consecutive victory with a 60-55 win over Iowa (3-3). After a total of 43 points last weekend against Los Angeles, the Barnstormers posted their third over in the past four games.

-- San Jose (4-3) saw the under cash for the sixth time in seven games, bumping off the LA Kiss (2-4) by a 48-32 count. Vegas has set the total at 96 over the past two games for the SaberCats, but they continue to come in under the total.

-- Arizona (6-0), like Cleveland, remains unblemished in the win-loss department, although the Rattlers failed to cover for a second consecutive week. When the Rattlers cover, the under is 3-0-1. When they fail to cover, the over is 2-0.
