-- Favorites went 4-2 straight up in Week 8
-- Favorites and Underdogs went 3-3 ATS in Week 8
-- Road teams posted a 4-2 SU record in Week 8
-- Home and road teams posted a 3-3 ATS record in Week 8
-- The 'over' and 'under' went 3-3 in Week 8
Team Betting Notes
-- All of a sudden, expansion Portland (2-5) is on a roll. They're 2-0 SU and ATS against teams from the state of Florida, and 0-5 SU and 2-3 ATS against everyone else. After winning outright at 15-point dogs at Jacksonville (2-5) in Week 7, the Thunder won as a nine-point dog at Tampa Bay (3-5).
-- The Storm limp into their by next week on a four-game losing streak, and they're also 0-4 ATS during the span.
-- While Arizona (7-0) failed to cover for a third straight week, the Rattlers kept their record unblemished after seven weeks. The over has also cashed in each of their past three games. They meet Portland on the road next Saturday.
-- The struggles continue for San Antonio (1-7), as they fell for the seventh time in egiht games. They also failed to cover against Iowa (4-3), snapping a three-game cover streak. However, the over cashed for the fourth consecutive week for the Talons.
-- San Jose (5-3) is on a season-best three-game winning streak, and they covered in back-to-back games for the first time since Week 1-2. The 'under' has been the trend for the SaberCats, too, cashing in each of the past four games, and seven of their first eight games.
-- After covering in Week 1, the LA Kiss (2-5) has failed to cover in six consecutive games. The 'under' also cashed for the fifth straight outing. They'll face an unbeaten Cleveland (6-0) team on the road next Saturday.
