Team Betting Notes
-- For the first time since the opening weekend of AFL action the 'over' went 2-1 after the 'under' dominated the past two weekends with a 6-1-1 record.
-- Philadelphia (3-1) scratched out a 67-50 victory against Cleveland (1-3). The Soul trailed 28-26 at half, but used a 41-22 second half to pull away and nearly cover. The Gladiators might not be winning, but they're 3-0 ATS over the past three weeks.
-- Arizona (4-0) received quite a scare in Jacksonville (1-3) in a thrilling 75-68 overtime victory. The Rattlers didn't cover, and nearly were dumped in regulation, but several Sharks miscues cost them the victory. While the Rattlers picked up the win, it was their first non-cover of the season.
-- The Sharks have alternated through the first four weeks, covering in even-numbered weeks. One thing is very consistent with Jacksonville - the 'over'. It has hit in three of their four games, mainly because they have allowed 63 or more points in three of four outings.
-- Orlando (4-0) stayed perfect, but they were anything but perfect against the visiting L.A. Kiss (2-2). Los Angeles outscored the home team 19-0 in the final quarter to nearly steal one on the road. Like Jacksonville, the Preds have alternated covers, hitting against the number in odd-numbered weeks and failing to cover in even-numbered weeks.
-- For the Kiss, the 'under' has connected in three straight games heading into their home game against Philadelphia Monday, May 2.
