Team Betting Notes

-- It was back to lower-scoring games in Week 5, as three games of the four games posted 'under' results. The 'under' is now 10-4-1 over the past four weeks of AFL action. (one pending)

-- Orlando (5-0) steamrolled homestanding Cleveland (1-4) by a 76-56 count in the only 'over' result of the first three games of the weekend. For what it's worth, the Predators have covered the spread in each of their three odd-numbered week games, and failed in their two even-numbered week games. That also coincides with their home and away record, which now stands are 0-2 ATS at home, and 3-0 ATS on the road.

-- After a scare last week Arizona (5-0) right the ship in a big way against visiting Portland (0-4), covering a 33-point number in their 68-21 rout. Arizona improved to 4-1 ATS this season, and they have outscored the Steel by a combined 148-49 in two games this season. Remember that for when they meet for the third and final time in the regular season June 11 in Arizona.

-- It was anything but pretty, but Jacksonville (2-3) rebounded after a near-miss to win a defensive tussle with Tampa Bay (2-2). Jacksonville scored 13 points in the first quarter, and that was the only time for either side posting more than seven points in a single quarter. The 60-point total output was the lowest of the season by far. The previous low was 70, a Week 2 Tampa loss in Cleveland.

-- Philadelphia (4-1) hit the road and looked very rested, pounding the L.A. Kiss (2-3) by a 56-33 score. The Soul have alternated wins and losses in each of their five games this season.

-- For the Kiss, the 'under' has connected in four straight games. They face a short week before traveling to Portland May 7. The 'under' is 2-0-1 in the past three for the Steel.
