Team Betting Notes
Philadelphia (7-1) handed Orlando (7-1) its first loss of the season with a 62-54 victory as a 6 ½-point home favorite. The Predators were outscored 21-0 in the third quarter as the Soul took over first place in the American Conference with th victory.
Jacksonville (3-4) came off the bye with an impressive 65-34 victory over Portland as a 15 ½-point home favorite. It was the first home win of the season for the Sharks, while the Steel remained winless (0-7) on the season and on the road (0-6).
After dropping back-to-back games, Arizona (6-2) rebounded with a 47-34 home win over LA (3-4) but failed to cover the 17-point spread. The Rattlers improved to 3-0 at home with the win and have now won both meetings against the KISS this season.
Tampa Bay (0-7) remained winless after dropping a 70-63 decision in overtime to Cleveland. The Storm had dropped all of their first five games by double digits but the last two setbacks have come by a combined nine points. Cleveland (4-4) has won three straight and two of those victories have come in overtime.
