$10,000 MINIMUM GUARANTEED (Aggregate)
1. There will be a $25 fee per entry. Each contestant that purchases three (3) entries will receive a fourth (4) entry free. Amigo Card points or Race and Sports Tracking points may not be used for payment of entries. Each contestant is limited to a maximum of four (4) entries (total).
2. The contest will be a weekly contest starting May 25, 2008 for the remainder of the NASCAR Cup season, occurring each day the NASCAR Cup Series has a point's race beginning on May 25th, 2008 and ending on the season's final race (scheduled for November 16th) or when a winner is declared, whichever comes first.
3. All contestants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and must present valid identification to participate in the Last Man Standing NASCAR Elimination Contest. Contestants may enter at Fiesta Henderson or Fiesta Rancho.
4. The Last Man Standing NASCAR Elimination contest is a contest based on selecting one match up each race day during the 2008 NASCAR season beginning May 25, 2008 from the contest selection sheet. If the weekly selection submitted wins the match-up, that entry will remain active for the following contest week, and the contestant will be required to select one match-up to win the following race week from the contest selection sheet in the remaining 2008 NASCAR season and so on until a winner is determined. If the weekly selection submitted does not win, that entry will be eliminated. Any contestant who fails to submit a weekly selection will be eliminated. The prize money will be awarded to the contestant who is the last participant remaining. If at the end of the 2008 Last Man Standing NASCAR contest there are more than one contestant still active, the prize money will be divided among those active contestant(s).
5. All contestants will be assigned a Contestant ID number upon registration. Contestants must select one match-up on the official contest card and submit the selection before start time of that selected race weekly during the 2008 NASCAR racing season. It is the contestant's responsibility to fill out the contest card correctly, and check their official contest ticket for the correct ID number and name. Any entries filled out incorrectly or not submitted for any contest week will be declared ineligible and disqualified from the contest. Sign-ups will begin Monday, MAY 12th, 2008. The sign-up deadline will be Sunday, May 25th, 2008 at the start of the Coke Cola 600 Race. No late signups will be accepted.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per ID number per contest day. Selections must be submitted in person, and identification is required when submitted. The ticket (receipt) generated from the selection card, in conjunction with the Station Casinos computer records are the official entry of record. The card itself is not valid for any purpose.
7. Scratches and Changes : " For contest purposes, all contest matchups will be based on the Car Number, not the scheduled driver. " In the event any race is cancelled, or a car selected doesn't run a race, the selection for that race will be declared no action, and that contest entry will remain eligible for the next contest week.
8. Current standings may be publicly posted each Monday at 12pm, or the day after a race is run.
9. After the final winner(s) are announced, a seven (7) day dispute period will take place. At the conclusion of this dispute period the contest will be declared official. The prize winner(s) will then be certified and the winning contestant(s) will be eligible to receive their prize(s).
10. Prize(s) must be collected in person. To collect winnings the contestant's photo I.D. must be presented in person at the Race & Sports Book where entered. Prize(s) must be collected by December 31st, 2008, or be forfeited.
11. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this contest or these rules at any time and to exclude any individual from this contest at its sole discretion.
12. Team Members, including members of their immediate households, of Station Casinos, Inc., and its subsidiaries are eligible to participate in the 2008 Last Man Standing NASCAR contest, with the exception of the following Team Members who are not eligible to participate: " All Team Members directly involved in the Last Man Standing Promotion; " All Race & Sports Book Team Members; and " Any other Team Member prohibited from gambling pursuant to Station Casinos' policy on Team Member gambling.
13. Any contestant, who has more than 4 (3 purchased + l free) entries, will be disqualified and ineligible for any and all prizes. Entries are non-transferable and non-refundable.
14. Management shall resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding.
15. Participation in this promotion constitutes the contestant's agreement to abide by the rules of this promotion. Any and all taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the contestant.
16. By participating in this promotion winner hereby gives permission to Station Casinos, and any of its affiliated companies to use his or her name, likeness etc., for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
