Eleider Alvarez successfully defends title

MONTREAL (AP) - Colombia's Eleider Alvarez successfully defended his North American Boxing Organization light heavyweight title, unanimously outpointed American Shawn Hawk on Friday night.
Alvarez, based in Montreal, improved to 9-0, receiving winning scores of 119-108, 119-108 and 118-109.
Hawk dropped to 23-2-1.
