Houston - AFC South Champions. The Texans need a win (@ Indianapolis) or a loss by Denver and New England to clinch home-field throughout the AFC Playoffs.

Denver - AFC West Champions. The Broncos need a win (vs. Kansas City) to clinch a first-round bye or win and a Houston loss to clinch home field throughout the AFC Playoffs. If Denver loses, it could drop to the No. 3 if both the Texans and Patriots win based on head-to-head tiebreakers.

New England - AFC East Champions. The Patriots need a win (vs. Miami) and a loss by either Houston or Denver to clinch a first-round bye with the No. 2 seed. If both Houston and Denver lose, the Patriots would be the No. 1 seed and clinch home-field throughout the AFC Playoffs.

Baltimore - AFC North Champions. The Ravens are locked into the No. 4 seed and will host the Colts or Bengals in the Wild Card round.

Indianapolis - The Colts will be the 5th seed in the AFC playoffs and play their first game on the road in the Wild Card round.

Cincinnati - The Bengals will be the 6th seed in the AFC playoffs and play their first game on the road in the Wild Card round.

NFC

Atlanta - NFC South Champions. The Falcons are No. 1 seed and have clinched home-field throughout the NFC Playoffs.

Green Bay - NFC North Champions. The Packers can be the No. 2 seed with a win (@ Minnesota) or losses by both the 49ers and Seahawks.

San Francisco - Clinched NFC Playoff spot. The 49ers will win NFC West with a win (vs. Arizona) or a Seattle loss.

Seattle - Clinched NFC Playoff spot. The Seahawks can win NFC West with a win (vs. St. Louis) and a San Francisco loss. They can also clinch a first-round bye with a win and losses by both San Francisco and Green Bay.

Washington - The Redskins need a win (vs. Dallas) to win the NFC East and a first-round home playoff game. With a loss, the Redskins can still clinch a Wild Card spot with losses by both Minnesota and Chicago.

New York Giants - The Giants need a win (vs. Philadelphia) and losses by Dallas, Minnesota and Chicago to get a Wild Card spot.

Dallas - The Cowboys need a win (@ Washington) to win NFC East and a first-round home playoff game.

Chicago - The Bears need to win (@ Detroit) and have Minnesota lose to get a Wild Card spot.
