T he 2008 NBA Playoffs are underway and Sportingbet.com has announced its Live in-game betting schedule for first-round matchups.
NBA Basketball betting fans can ‘watch and wager’ with Sportingbet 's IN:PLAY betting starting with tonight’s tilt between the Washington Wizards and the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference quarterfinal series (7 pm ET, TNT).
Cleveland is a – 1½ point, -130 moneyline favorite and the game total is 186½. In addition to Live betting, there are several Prop Bets available for the Washington-Cleveland matchup, including First to 10 Points, First to 20 Points, First Scoring Play, and many others.
NBA Playoff games available for Live IN:PLAY betting this week include the Orlando Magic hosting the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 of their first-round series Tuesday night.
The remaining games, through Sunday, are: the Denver Nuggets at the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday; Orlando at Toronto on Thursday; the New Orleans Hornets at the Dallas Mavericks on Friday; Orlando at Toronto and Los Angeles at Denver, both Saturday; and the defending champion San Antonio Spurs at the Phoenix Suns on Sunday.
Sportingbet also has IN:PLAY wagering available for Game 7 of the Boston Bruins-Montreal Canadiens first-round NHL Playoff series tonight, and the St. Louis Cardinals-Milwaukee Brewers MLB game on Tuesday.
Tonight, Washington will be looking to even their first-round NBA Playoff series with Cleveland, after the Cavaliers beat the Wizards 93-84 win in Game 1 on Saturday. The Cavaliers covered the 4-point spread, while the score was under the total of 188. LeBron James scored a game-high 32 points to pace the Cavaliers. James shot 12-for-19 from the field with six rebounds and four assists. Zydrunas Ilgauskas added 22 in the win.
Antawn Jamison had a double-double for the Wizards, scoring 23 points with 19 rebounds in the loss.
