SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (AP) - Shawn Lewis grabbed a double-double of the season, scoring 20 points and pulling down 11 rebounds, as Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo cruised past Cal State Northridge 72-49 on Wednesday night.
The Mustangs (14-11, 9-4 Big West) never trailed and were ahead by as many as 31 points on the way to their sixth straight victory, continuing their longest winning streak in the past four seasons.
David Hanson added 10 points and seven rebounds for the Mustangs, who took a 49-24 advantage on the boards.
Lenny Daniel had a double-double for the Matadors (10-16, 7-6), scoring 18 points and grabbing a game-high 12 rebounds. Josh Greene chipped in with 11 points for Northridge.
