Stephan Hicks and Brandon Perry added 16 points apiece for the Matadors (5-0), whose five-game winning streak to start the season is the school's first since Northridge won its first nine games of the 1981-82 season.
Rashad Smith had 15 points and James Woodard scored 14 for the Golden Hurricane (3-1), who took their first loss under new coach Danny Manning. Tulsa committed 20 turnovers to Northridge's 12.
