CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) - Kyle Casey had 17 points and 13 rebounds, and Harvard pulled away from Columbia in the second half to win 77-66 on Friday night.
Harvard (14-3, 3-0 Ivy League), which won its seventh consecutive game, set a modern program record with its 12th straight home win. The Crimson are in first place in the conference after Yale lost Friday.
Oliver McNally also scored 17 for the Crimson, Christian Webster added 16 and Keith Wright had 14.
Harvard pulled away in the second half. Leading 39-38 with 17:16 to play, Harvard went on a 15-3 run for a 54-41 advantage with 12:30 remaining. The lead remained in double digits the rest of the way as Harvard's biggest lead down the stretch was 18 points.
Noruwa Agho scored 27 points, Brian Barbour chipped in 19 and Mark Cisco had 10 for the Lions (11-6, 2-1), who had a four-game winning streak snapped.
