NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Jordan Burgason scored 21 of his 25 points on 3-pointers and Lipscomb defeated Florida Gulf Coast 88-71 on Sunday.

Burgason was 7 of 12 from behind the arc as the Bisons (14-8, 9-4 Atlantic Sun Conference) made 17 of 29 3-point shots.

Lipscomb also scored 22 points off 16 turnovers, and finished with 27 assists while turning it over 11 times. Jacob Arnett led the way with seven assists.

Adnan Hodzic added 14 points and Brandon Brown and Josh Slater chipped in 12 each for the Bisons, who won their fourth straight.

Christophe Varidel led the Eagles (5-15, 2-9) with 18 points, going 3 of 11 from 3-point range. Florida Gulf Coast also got 13 points from Marlon Rivera and 10 from Anthony Banks.

The Eagles outrebounded Lipscomb 40-24, but couldn't keep up from behind the arc, going 7 of 21 from 3-point range.
