MARTIN, Tenn. (AP) - Troy King scored 17 points and Tennessee-Martin snapped a three-game losing streak by defeating Jacksonville State 68-55 Thursday night.

A 7-0 run at the beginning of the game and a 9-0 run late in the first half helped the Skyhawks (9-17, 4-10 Ohio Valley Conference) build a 32-18 halftime lead. Jacksonville State (5-21, 3-12) tried to rally in the second half, but the Skyhawks had an answer each time.
