INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Leroy Nobles scored a game-high 28 points to lift IUPUI over UMKC 84-69 on Saturday night.
The Jaguars (17-12, 11-5 Summit) pulled ahead early on 62.5 percent shooting from the field in the first half and went on to lead by as many as 23 points late in the second.
IUPUI finished shooting 54.1 percent overall from the field.
Alex Young chipped in with 25 points for the Jaguars while Christian Siakam snagged a double-double, scoring 14 points and tying his career-high 12 rebounds.
Reggie Chamberlain led the Kangaroos (16-11, 9-7) with 19 points while Bakari Lewis came off the bench to score 18 points. Max Rockmann and Spencer Johnson each added 11 points for UMKC.
The Kangaroos shot 45.1 percent from the field but hit 82.4 percent (14 of 17) from the free-throw line.
