OGDEN, Utah (AP) - Trevor Morris scored a career-high 17 points as Weber State knocked off Montana 68-52 on Thursday night.
It was the second straight game in which the Wildcats (11-9, 5-4) beat a first place team in the Big Sky Conference. They defeated Northern Colorado with a last-second 3-pointer on Saturday.
Byron Fulton added 14 points, Kyle Bullinger 13 and Lindsey Hughey nine for the Wildcats to avenge an earlier 19-point loss to the Grizzlies (16-6, 8-2).
Brian Qvale and Vaughn Autry each scored 10 points as Montana ended its six-game winning streak.
The Wildcats shot 54.2 percent from the field and used a 13-0 first half run to pull away and hold off a brief charge by the Grizzlies early in the second half.
Montana turned over the ball 18 times and shot 39.0 percent from the floor.
