TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Damen Bell-Holter pulled down 15 rebounds and scored 18 points, including two free throws and a key basket in the final 1:06, to lift Oral Roberts past South Dakota State 77-73 on Thursday night.
Dominique Morrison scored 22 points to help the Golden Eagles (10-14, 7-5 Summit) snap a two-game skid. Steven Roundtree added 18 points for Oral Roberts.
Nate Wolters led the Jackrabbits (14-9, 6-6) with 18 points while Dale Moss scored 17.
Bell-Holter's two free throws gave Oral Roberts a 74-73 lead with 1:06 remaining. After the Jackrabbits' Clint Sargent missed a 3-pointer, Bell-Holter scored off of an offensive rebound with 25 seconds left to make it 76-73.
South Dakota State's Griffan Callahan then missed a 3-pointer and Roundtree was fouled on the rebound with 9.7 seconds left. Roundtree made the second of two free throws to seal the victory.
