**Gonzaga vs. Saint Mary's**

-- As of early this afternoon, most betting shops had Gonzaga (26-6 straight up, 15-14-1 against the spread) as a 6.5-point favorite with a total of 132.5. Gamblers can take the Gaels to win outright for a +240 payout (risk $100 to win $240).

-- Gonzaga has won five consecutive head-to-head meetings against the Gaels, covering the spread in the last four encounters. The 'under' has cashed in the last four contests between these long-time WCC rivals.

-- Saint Mary's (22-10 SU, 14-15 ATS) advanced to tonight's WCC semifinals at The Orleans Arena in Las Vegas by capturing an 80-69 win over Pepperdine on Saturday night. The Gaels covered the number as six-point favorites. Brad Waldow led the way with 21 points and eight rebounds. Beau Levesque and Stephen Holt added 15 points apiece.

-- Randy Bennett's squad has been an underdog only three times this year, going 1-2 both SU and ATS. The losses came at Gonzaga and at BYU, while the victory came over Boise St.

-- Gonzaga advanced to the semifinals with Saturday's 77-75 win over Santa Clara as a 12.5-point 'chalk.' Sam Dower paced the Bulldogs with 25 points thanks to 15-of-15 shooting at the charity stripe. Przemek Karnowski contributed 16 points and 12 rebounds. Gary Bell Jr. was also in double figures with 13 points.

-- When these schools met during the regular season, Gonzaga won in blowout fashion both times. The Bulldogs collected a 73-51 win as 7.5-point home favorites on Jan. 2. Kevin Pangos was the catalyst with 15 points, eight rebounds, four assists and two steals.

-- The second meeting at Saint Mary's went even better for Mark Few's squad. Gonzaga demolished Saint Mary's by a 75-47 count as a one-point road underdog. The 122 combined points stayed 'under' the 134-point total. Dower led the way with 15 points and 10 rebounds.

-- The 'under' has cashed in eight straight Saint Mary's games to improve to 14-13 overall.

-- The 'under' is 17-13 overall for Gonzaga.

-- Tip-off is slated for 9:00 p.m. Eastern on ESPN.

**San Francisco vs. BYU**

-- As of early this afternoon, most spots had BYU (22-10 SU, 13-16 ATS) favored by 5.5 with a total of 155. The Dons are +200 on the money line (risk $100 to win $200).

-- San Francisco (21-10 SU, 17-11 ATS) advanced to the WCC Tournament semifinals by beating San Diego on Saturday. The Dons extended their winning streak to six games with the 69-60 triumph as five-point favorites. They are now 7-1 both SU and ATS in their last eight outings. Avry Holmes scored a team-best 19 points.

-- BYU has won five in a row and had covered the number in four straight until Saturday's 85-74 win over Loyola-Marymount as a 12.5-point 'chalk.' Kyle Collinsworth paced the Cougars with 23 points, 16 boards and three steals. Tyler Haws, who is BYU's leading scorer with a 23.3 points-per-game average, had 22 points against the Lions.

-- BYU has been a single-digit favorite 14 times, going 6-8 ATS.

-- San Francisco owns a 7-6 spread record in 13 underdog situations, winning six of those games outright.

-- In the first meeting between these schools on Jan. 16, BYU won an 83-76 decision as a 4.5-point road favorite. Collinsworth scored a team-high 19 points. Skyler Halford and Matt Carlino chipped in with 18 and 17 points, respectively, In the losing effort, San Francisco's Cole Dickerson had 26 points and 14 boards.

-- The Dons took the cash in the second meeting, a 68-63 loss at BYU as an 11.5-point underdog.

-- The 'under' is 16-12 overall for BYU.

-- The 'under' has cashed in seven consecutive games for San Francisco to improve to 16-11 overall.

-- ESPN will have the telecast 30 minutes after the conclusion of Gonzaga-Saint Mary's (around 11:30ish).
