HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - A second day of testimony has begun in a hearing to determine if three former Penn State officials will face trial on accusations they covered up molestation accusations against Jerry Sandusky.
The head of computer forensics for the state attorney general's office testified Tuesday about unearthing emails that ended up as evidence in the case.
Braden Cook discussed the work it took to find the emails, which showed that university officials were aware of complaints about Sandusky in 1998 and 2001.
Graham Spanier, Gary Schultz and Tim Curley say they are innocent.
A judge will later decide whether the men should be tried on charges including perjury, conspiracy and endangering the welfare of children.
A public relations professional employed by the university also testified Tuesday morning.
