Week 11 of the 2013 NCAA football betting season is in the books, and today, we're taking a look at each of the Top 25 teams in the BCS rankings to see how they fared for their betting backers this past week.
(Results in parentheses represent SU Result-ATS Result)
1: Alabama (W-W vs. LSU 38-17)
There's no doubt who the #1 team in the land is right now after pulling away late to cover against LSU.
2: Florida State (W-W vs. Wake Forest 59-3)
And there's no doubt who the biggest winner in the land was last week.
3: Oregon (L-L vs. Stanford 26-20)
Stanford has delivered the knockout blow to the Ducks for the second straight season.
4: Ohio State (Bye)
One down, one to go. The Buckeyes are still looking for help to get into the National Championship Game.
5: Stanford (W-W vs. Oregon 26-20)
Barring any more setbacks, the Cardinal are headed to Pasadena for the Rose Bowl.
6: Baylor (W-W vs. Oklahoma 41-12)
If you didn't believe in the Bears before last week, you certainly do now after they punished Oklahoma in Waco last Thursday night.
7: Clemson (Bye)
Clemson now knows it would be ranked #2 in the land right now if it didn't run into FSU.
8: Missouri (W-W vs. Kentucky 48-17)
The 'Zou made no mistakes against Kentucky, and it is rolling towards the SEC Championship Game.
9: Auburn (W-W vs. Tennessee 55-23)
The Iron Bowl is shaping up to not just be for the National Championship Game, but perhaps for the SEC West title as well.
10: Oklahoma (L-L vs. Baylor 41-12)
The Sooners were never a match for the Bears, and the best they can hope for now is an at large invite to the BCS; not happening!
11: Miami (L-L vs. Virginia Tech 42-24)
The Canes have gone from a Top 10 team to one that is likely headed for the Champs Sports Bowl in a span of just two games.
12: South Carolina (Bye)
The Gamecocks are still looking for some help to get back into the SEC title hunt.
13: LSU (L-L vs. Alabama 38-17)
Les Miles got out-Les Miles-ed last week against Nick Saban and the Tide.
14: Oklahoma State (W-W vs. Kansas 42-6)
Quietly, Okie State has a shot to get into the Top 10 this week with a win at Texas.
15: Texas A&M (W-L vs. Mississippi State 51-41)
The Aggies are still proving that no defense means no covers.
16: Fresno State (W-W vs. Wyoming 48-10)
The Bulldogs are now in the Top 14 in the BCS, and that means winning out and they're going to a BCS bowl game.
17: Michigan State (Bye)
The trip to Lincoln this week would essentially wrap up the Legends' Division.
18: Northern Illinois (Bye)
The Huskies were off last week, but they now know that winning out and getting a Fresno State loss somewhere along the way would send them back to the BCS.
19: UCLA (W-W vs. Arizona 31-26)
Miles Jack came out of nowhere to rush for 120 yards against Arizona to secure a big win for the Bruins.
20: Louisville (W-L vs. Connecticut 31-10)
With UCF rolling, Louisville is as good as dead, even if it finishes 11-1.
21: UCF (W-L vs. Houston 19-14)
The Knights are clamoring for three more wins. The road to the BCS is wide open with nothing in UCF's path.
22: Arizona State (W-L vs. Utah 20-19)
The Sun Devils needed two fourth quarter TDs to fend off Utah, but any win away from the desert only improves this squad's resume.
23: Notre Dame (L-L vs. Pittsburgh 28-21)
Put a fork in Notre Dame's dreams of going back to the BCS!
24: Wisconsin (W-W vs. BYU 27-17)
The win over BYU might be one of the best of the year for the Badgers.
25: Texas Tech (L-L vs. Kansas State 49-26)
The Red Raiders were officially fool's gold.
