US Open Odds – Third Round

The second round of the 2019 U.S. Open is in the books and the third round will take place on Saturday June 15 at Pebble Beach Golf Links from Pebble Beach, California.
Justin Rose was the first-round leader after he posted a 6-under 65 on Thursday. Rose opened the tournament as a 30/1 betting choice and his numbers quickly dropped to 11/2 (Bet $100 to win $550).
On Friday, Rose posted another solid score with a 1-under 70 which pushed him to 7-under for the tournament.
Heading into the weekend, Rose is a 5/1 betting choice (Bet $100 to win $500) to capture the third major of the season.Rose is not the favorite. That honor goes to Rory McIlroy, who sits at 5-under after 36 holes. He's listed at 4/1 odds and he entered the tournament as a 10/1 choice.
The best score on Friday came from Gary Woodland as the American product notched a 65 and sits at 9-under through two rounds. Woodland leads Rose by two shots and McIlroy by four, yet he's listed at 5/1 odds with Rose. Woodland had pre-tournament odds as high as 70/1.
Brooks Koepka, the two-time defending champion, shot his second straight 69 on Friday to finish 4-under after two rounds. He's listed at 13/2 odds to capture another major victory.
79 players made the cut at 2-over or better and will play the weekend for the U.S. Open title. The third round will begin at 10:36 a.m. ET and the final pairing of Rose and Woodland is expected to tee off at 5:45 p.m. ET.
