Hello to all the golf fans and handicappers out there. I look forward to another winning golf handicapping season and from time to time I'll chime in here with a blog of whats going on at the PGA Tour.
Right now my early schedule will once again be to attend the Buick Invitational and the WGC Matchplay. I think the Matchplay event is so important because the field of 64 is the Top 64 in the world and you get to see the Top Foreign players and for the most part 85% of all golf matchups are involving the Top 50 players in the World Rankings at every event.
The golf season starts again in Hawaii for the Mercedes Benz Championship. I have a couple of matchups available in my weekly pick pack. The course should play very long this year, the forecast is for gusty trade winds.
Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson will be making their 2008 debut at the Buick Invitational at the end of January. Torrey Pines is also the host of the 2009 U.S. Open.
