In the NHL teams that win take advantage of their power plays. Teams that give away a power play opportunity or worse give up a short handed goal, rarely if ever recover from that mistake at the pro level. They actually gave up two goals.
In the Saints - Vikings MNF game, the Saints up 7-0 trying a 48 yard field goal had it blocked and the Vikings score on the mishap tying the game 7-7. Instead of 10-0 it's 7-7....thats a 10 point swing and can rarely be made up. This is a game factor that is almost impossible to handicap. Be patient and in the long run, some not all of these breaks will go your way.
