OK Mr Mitchell tell us, who did it? Who cheated the system? Who gained an unfair advantage? Who sold them to who?
Who cares? At this point, do you really think I want to know which player used steroids and for how long or what reasons? Do you think I care which clubhouse attendant supplied the players or how much management knew about what was going on? There have been so many lies told and so many names mentioned I just can't pay attention anymore.
Bonds won't admit it. Pettite only tried it for two days. Clemens hasn't said anything. A-Rod hasn't touched the stuff. At the end of the day, does any of it matter? This era of baseball is slightly tainted by steroids and we're just going to have to accept it. Period.
Congrats to Rich Rodriguez who is leaving West Virginia and taking the head coaching job at Michigan. This move is considered a step up by most in the coaching fraternity although it would be easy to argue that Rodriguez should have been happy with the powerhouse he's built in Morgantown and stayed. We won't know until three or four years down the road when we'll find out if he's still in Ann Arbor.
So add West Virginia to the long list of colleges that will be playing with interm coaches this bowl season. This popular practice has become absord the last few seasons and I think the NCAA needs to consider ways to avoid this happening. It's not fair to the players or the fans. Then again, neither is the BCS.
The Dolphins finally won a game. I was in a South Florida sports bar watching football today and you would have thought the Dolphins won the Super Bowl. People were screaming. Seriously folks, get a life or at least get season tickets. There are plenty available.
Oh Rory Sabbatini you've done it again. You've managed to find yet another way to anger Tiger Woods, the golf god. You left "his" tournament a day early citing shin splints while still collecting your last place check. Rumor has it that you're on a plane to Maui to be with your family. Weren't there Sunday night flights? You're going to feel the pain from this come 2008, guaranteed.
