In the wake of Cleveland's 32-point home loss to Boston in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference semifinals last night, BoDog has adjusted its odds for the prop bet on where LeBron James will play in the 2010-2011 season.
At this time last week, Cleveland was the 1/3 'chalk' (-300), while the Knicks had 3/1 odds (+300). The Nets were at 10/1, followed by the Heat (35/1) and Bulls (40/1).
However, BoDog Sportsbook Manager Richard Gardner advised me of changes this morning via e-mail. Gardner told VI, "The big mover yesterday was the Chicago Bulls as they went from 40/1 to 18/1 with all the talking heads at ESPN and TNT believing the Bulls will make a serious push for the superstar. Also bettering their odds in the Lebron James sweepstakes were the New Jersey Nets. With the sale of the team become official to its new Russian Owner, the Nets moved slightly from 10/1 to 9/1."
The Cavs also went from 1/3 to 2/5 (-250, risk $250 to win $100), while the Knicks stayed at 3/1 and the Heat remained a longshot with 35/1 odds.
