NEW YORK (AP) - Don'tyouforgetit has been installed as the 8-5 morning line favorite from post position four in the $450,000 Yonkers Trot, the first jewel in the Trotting Triple Crown on Saturday night at Yonkers.

It is the 59th edition of the race for 3-year-old trotters at the half-mile oval.

Don'tyouforgetit will be driven by Brian Sears for trainer Jimmy Takter. A homebred Cantab Hall colt owned by Solveig's Racing Partners, Don'tyouforgetit scored his fourth win in seven tries in 2013 to win his elimination last week in 1:57:2 by a nose.

Creampuff Macdaddy, driven by Jason Bartlett for trainer Brad Maxwell, won his Yonkers Trot elimination timed in 1:56:3 last week, and is the 4-1 third choice from post six.

Seven sophomore colts and one gelding will vie for the lion's share of the $450,000 purse in the Yonkers Trot, scheduled as the seventh race of the evening on the card.
