The Picks Pack: What a glorious day Sunday was, if I do say so myself. 9 winners ($22.20), including 3 on top ($10.40, $4.50, $6.40) was just the tip of the iceberg. I had, deep breath, 8 listed double ($212.50); 4 listed trifectas ($714); 6 listed exactas ($230); 7 listed pick threes ($1,020, $1,129); two listed pick fours ($1,126, $5,257) and a listed pick six ($11,574).
That’s right…PICK SIX!!!!

I can’t remember a more wide open Met Mile. It’s one of my favorite races of the year and this renewal is no different. I’ve been chasing 4-Imperial Council all season on the Triple Crown trail and now he gets in here at light weight and with a favorable pace set –up. Still, it’s tough to stand alone with him on top so I’m going to make a big trifecta part-wheel throwing out the chalk in the first two spots and hope for the best.
