Mt. Glittermore wins Big A feature

NEW YORK (AP) -Mt. Glittermore won the $51,000 allowance feature at Aqueduct in his debut for trainer Steve Asmussen.
Claimed for $75,000 in his previous race, Mt. Glittermore beat Shoptate by three quarters of a length Friday for his seventh win in 23 starts. The 5-year-old ran the six furlongs in 1:10.43.
Ridden by Channing Hill, Mt. Glittermore paid $8.30, $3.90 and $3.30. Shoptate returned $6.30 and $3.80. Mor Chances paid $3.10 to show.
Earlier on the card, Ramon Dominguez rode his 4,000th winner. He became the 58th jockey to reach that level.
