LAS VEGAS (AP) -Seth Smith hit a bases-loaded RBI single off the left-field wall in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the Colorado Rockies a 6-5 victory over the Seattle Mariners on Saturday in the spring training finale for both teams.

Mike Wilson's RBI single for the Mariners in the seventh had tied it at 5 after Matt Tuiasosopo's two-out RBI single in the fifth cut the Rockies' lead to 5-4.

Kenji Johjima and Yuniesky Betancourt homered for the Mariners, while Ken Griffey Jr. went 1-for-2 with an RBI, ending spring training on a nine-game hitting streak.

Manuel Corpas (1-0) got the win in relief for the Rockies, while Sean White (1-1) took the loss. Rockies starter Jason Marquis allowed four runs and 10 hits in six innings, but he struck out seven and walked none.

After Garrett Atkins opened the fourth with a single and Brad Hawpe doubled, Jeff Baker followed with a two-run double that tied it at 3 for Colorado. Yorvit Torrealba had an RBI double and Marquis hit a run-scoring single to put the Rockies ahead 5-3.

Betancourt opened the third inning with a line-drive homer to left field for the Mariners. Griffey's RBI single a few batters later made it 2-0.

Troy Tulowitzki's RBI single in the bottom of the inning cut the Mariners' lead to 3-1, but Johjima led off the fourth with a homer.

Johjima went 3-for-3 for the Mariners, while Torrealba was 3-for-4 for the Rockies.

Colorado won't reduce its roster to 25 players until Sunday, but Seattle made a flurry of moves following Saturday's game.

Besides earlier placing outfielder Ichiro Suzuki, who is out due to a bleeding ulcer, on the 15-day disabled list, Seattle outrighted pitcher Jesus Delgado to Triple-A Tacoma and reassigned pitchers Tyler Johnson and Chad Cordero, infielders Chris Burke and Chris Woodward, catcher Jamie Burke and outfielder Mile Wilson to minor league camp.

Recalled from Tacoma was Tuiasosopo and selected from Tacoma were pitchers Chris Jakubauskas and Shawn Kelley and infielder Mike Sweeney.

Notes: Saturday's game was the Mariners' team-record 37th official contest of spring training and the Rockies' 36th game. ... Mariners C Endy Chavez, who returned from playing for Venezuela in the World Baseball Classic with 11 spring training games left, hit .514 (18-for-35). He didn't play Saturday.
