HOUSTON (AP) - The Miami Marlins' seven-game win streak was snapped by the Houston Astros on Tuesday night.

But it wasn't the two errors by the usually reliable Omar Infante that cost the Marlins a two-run lead in a 3-2 loss that irked Miami manager Ozzie Guillen.

``Errors come with the game,' he said. ``That's part of the game.'

If anything, Guillen said, his team's failure to get on base more often cost them just as dearly in a game where the Marlins hit two solo home runs in their first loss since April 30.

``Home runs come and that's awesome, that will help,' Guillen said. ``But I think there's nothing you can do when you're not on base. We need to get on base.'

Infante and John Buck homered, and right-hander Anibal Sanchez posted another solid outing in the no-decision.

Sanchez pitched three-hit ball through five innings, but the Astros got him in the sixth with the two unearned runs that resulted from Infante's errors.

With the bases loaded and two outs, Infante misplayed a routine grounder by Travis Buck, and then compounded the problem by making an errant throw to first to allow Marwin Gonzalez and Jose Altuve to score to even the score for the Astros.

``It was an easy ground ball,' Infante said. ``I didn't catch it and then I (didn't look) and threw it too quickly. I don't know why I threw the ball.'

Prior to that play, Infante had committed just one error in 136 chances.

``I feel bad because Anibal pitched a great game,' Infante said. ``I feel sad for Anibal.'

Gonzalez and Altuve had both singled, and Buck was at the plate after Sanchez walked Carlos Lee to load the bases with two outs.

Brian Bogusevic hit a pinch-hit RBI double off Miami reliever Ryan Webb (1-1) in the eighth for the Astros, who broke a two-game slide.

Infante gave the Marlins a 1-0 lead in the fourth, taking Astros starter Aneury Rodriguez deep to left field. Buck did the same in the fifth to double the Marlins' lead.

But that was all Miami could muster against Rodriguez, who went six innings with six strikeouts in his season debut with the Astros. Other than the home runs, Rodriguez allowed the Marlins just two walks and a single.

Astros reliever Wilton Lopez (3-0) pitched a scoreless eighth for his third win of the season, and Brett Myers matched the effort in the ninth for his eighth save in as many attempts.

``I think we played well ... I think they pitched pretty well, too,' Guillen said. ``That kid that started the game threw the ball very well. We did pitch; we just didn't have much going. A couple of home runs, and that's it.'

Sanchez gave up the runs and five hits over six innings, striking out eight and walking two. And he didn't blame Infante for the loss.

``That's part of the game,' Sanchez said. ``I don't have any concerns about it. He is one of the best second baseman in the major leagues He's not perfect. He's human. I know he didn't want to make the error, especially in that situation.'

NOTES: The Astros optioned RHP Enerio Del Rosario to Oklahoma City before the game to make room on the roster for Rodriguez. ... After the game they optioned Rodriguez back to Oklahoma City and reinstated RHP Rhiner Cruz from the 15-day disabled list. ... The teams wrap up the series on Wednesday night when Miami's Josh Johnson (0-3) looks for his first win against Lucas Harrell. ... Lopez lowered his ERA to 2.12 in 16 appearances with Tuesday's performance. ... Stanton went 0 for 3 to end a 10-game hitting streak.
