The Charlotte Bobcats have the best chance to win this year's NBA Draft Lottery, which takes place on Wednesday, May, 30.
ESPN will provide coverage of the event at 8:00 p.m. ET and gamblers can bet on which team will earn the No. 1 pick in the 2012 NBA Draft or what some pundits are calling the Anthony Davis Sweepstakes. Davis, a lengthy big man, helped Kentucky win the college basketball national championship this past April.
Since the weighted lottery system was introduced in 1990, only three teams with the worst record went on to win the lottery.
