Brees has thrown for at least 4000 yards in each of his three seasons with the Saints. He also have five straight years of 24 TD's or more. Brees hasn't missed a game in four years and should be a top fantasy QB in 2009. (SportsBuff.com)

Despite his excellent season, you don't often hear Rivers mentioned among the top QB's. He threw for at least one TD in 14 games and at least two in 12. With the Charger running game in transition, Rivers could be a top fantasy QB again in 2009. (SportsBuff.com)

Tinoisamoa beat out incumbent Hunter Hillenmeyer for the job. The six-year veteran led the Rams in tackles last year, but will probably not lead the Bears with Brian Urlacher and Lance Briggs joining him in the linebacking corps. (SportsBuff.com)

Clark, a seven-year veteran, had a career high 87 tackles last year and picked off one pass (his fifth career interception). The former-Giant and Redskin provides skills that complement the better known Troy Polamalu. (SportsBuff.com)

Moss, younger brother of Santana, has had a quiet three-year NFL career in which he has made 38 combined catches. The Giants are going to need someone to step up for Plaxico Burress, but I wouldn't bet on it being Moss. (SportsBuff.com)
