Before we plunge into the 2007 NFL playoff waters, it's best to check its depth, from a coach's perspective. By our count, ten of this year's twelve teams will be guided by head coaches that have a degree of playoff experience. Two coaches, Green Bay's Mike McCarthy and Pittsburgh's Mike Tomlin, will make their post-season debuts.

As we've said repeatedly, teams will often times take on the personality of its head coach.
