Chelsea will face Real Madrid in the title match at Miami on Wednesday night. AC Milan will take on the Los Angeles Galaxy in the third-place game earlier the same night.

De Bryune put Chelsea on the scoreboard in the 29th minute as he took a pass from Eden Hazard, hit the crossbar and then knocked the rebound across inside the left post.

Schuerlle secured the win in the second minute of stoppage time, taking a pass from Victor Mosses from the left side and sending the ball inside the right post.
