Pop! One Direction star takes hit in game

GLASGOW, Scotland (AP) - Maybe soccer isn't for One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, after all.

The boy band star was playing in a charity match at the stadium of Scottish champion Celtic when he was knocked to the ground by Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor as he attempted a clearance.

Tomlinson was forced to leave the field, and then vomited on the sideline.

Agbonlahor drew abuse from One Direction fans on Twitter. He says the play was ``was one of those things. I'll apologize to Louis when we meet up.''

Tomlinson recently signed to play a game for the second-tier English club Doncaster.

Sunday's charity match was to aid a foundation set up by former Bulgaria captain Stiliyan Petrov, who recently retired because of acute leukemia.
