-- West Bromwich Albion finally broke out with a 3-0 win over Sunderland in Wee, which was its first 'over' ticket of the season.
-- Sunderland has given up the most goals (11) this season and fell to 0-1-4. The club fired coach Paolo Di Canio after the dismal start.

-- Home teams went 4-2 in Week 5.

-- There were four draws in Week 5, three of them 0-0 scores.

-- Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have both started the season 5-0.
