Nine weeks of the college football season are in the books and there are a handful of players that are making a name for themselves.
Along with wagering on weekly matchups, bettors can start placing wagers on future odds which includes the most prestigious individual award, the Heisman Trophy.
Oddsmakers at the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook opened their numbers in early March and have already made key adjustments.
Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson continues to turn heads and appears to be pulling away from the field. In March, Jackson was listed as a 100/1 betting choice and after those odds have dropped all the way down to 1/3 (Bet $100 to win $30).
Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson is right behind Jackson in the Heisman running after throwing for 378 yards and two touchdown passes against Florida State. Watson has posted at least 300 yards passing in four of his last five games, while throwing for multiple touchdowns in seven straight contests.
The only defensive player in the running for the Heisman is another Big 10 standout, Michigan linebacker Jabrill Peppers. The junior began the season at 60/1 odds, as he is currently at 8/1 odds, which is higher than preseason favorites Leonard Fournette from LSU and Stanford's Christian McCaffrey.
Listed below are the latest odds for all available players to win the Heisman at the SuperBook.
