The PGA TOUR heads to the  3M Open  at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota this week for the inaugural event. It's the second consecutive inaugural event on the PGA schedule after last week's Rocket Mortgage Classic in Detroit.

PRIME MATCHUPS

Each week we'll take a look at the best round matchups to try and build up a nice bankroll.

Lucas Glover (-125) vs. Charley Hoffman: Glover is the favorite for good reason, as Hoffman has missed the cut in three consecutive events. Hoffman isn't likely to have a turnaround this week, as he is 168th in Par 5 Scoring Average, an area needed for success at TPC Twin Cities. He is also 140th in Putts Per Round, showing no real signs of life lately.

Sungjae Im (-105) vs. Rory Sabbatini: Im is an attractive play at the 3M Open this week, as he has finished 21st or better in each of his past three tournaments. He also ranks 28th in Scoring Average and 10th in Par 5 Scoring Average, a couple of areas which will be key at this inaugural event.

Last event (Travelers): 1-0 (+100)
This season: 27-27-2 (-315)

 OTHER BETS

Top 20 Finish - Tony Finau (+115): Finau's combination of strength and finesse should get him to turnaround his recent three-event missed cut streak with a Top 20 finish. This long, Arnold Palmer designed course requires some length off the tee and good work on the Par 5s, which also showing solid work around the green and with the putter. Finau checks off most of those boxes.

Top 5 Finish - Tony Finau (+725): I'll roll the dice on Finau this week, betting on his driving alone to set him apart.

Top 20 Finish - Sungjae Im (+140): Im's work in the Par 5 Scoring Average category has me really high on his prospects this weekend. A Top 10 finish wouldn't be shocking, either, and that pays (+350).

Top 20 Finish - Luke List (+350): List crushed me last week by missing the cut at Detroit Golf Club in the inaugural Rocket Mortgage Classic. But you have to forget about bad performances and bet facts. He is a masher, and that will serve him well this week on a long layout. He is a nice value at this price.
