The Mets send RHP Max Scherzer to the hill against the Yanks’ top-ranked scoring offense on Wednesday night (5.34 RSPG), who’s been phenomenal in his first campaign with New York sitting 6-2 with a 2.28 ERA across 12 appearances this season (0.89 WHIP); despite surrendering seven runs in 12 innings across back-to-back starts against the Phillies (5.25 ERA, 1.33 WHIP).
