Dejounte Murray (SAS) Double-Double - Yes

One of the biggest advantages of having multiple sportsbooks is line shopping, and this line is already -210 on FanDuel. In terms of regular season production, there are only a couple non-bigs with more double doubles than Dejounte Murray this year, Luka Doncic, Trae Young, and James Harden. I'd say that's pretty good company for a young player. While Dejounte has 39 double doubles this year, three of those have come against the Pelicans this year, with his only miss being one rebound away. Pelicans are gonna wanna slow the pace down in this game, but Murray has been an absolute monster this year.

Dejounte Murray (SAS) Triple-Double - Yes

Why stop at double double here? Dejounte Murray is second in the NBA with triple doubles this season, only behind league MVP Nikola Jokic (talk about good company). He already has a triple double in 2/4 games against the Pelicans this season and I’m expecting nearly 40 minutes tonight. In 13 games with 38+ minutes this year he had a triple double in six, including once already against the Pelicans (shoutout Joe Dellera). Murray averages 21.1 /8.3 /9.2 this season, we really aren't asking for an outlier performance here.

De'Andre Hunter (ATL) Over 4.5 1Q Points/Hawks ML

Hunter ended the regular season going over this number in eight of his last 10 games. While he all knows how good Trae Young is, he's implied for 12 assists in this game, meaning he's clearly gonna spread the ball around a bit. Hunter has been very efficient with the ball, and using his skills as an off ball mover, he's a great target for those Trae Young assists. Additionally while he isn't the highest volume three point shooter, he's averaging over 1+ 3PA per first quarter. I think the Hawks take care of business in this game, Trae Young is one of the best young players in the NBA and the Hornets are gonna have an incredibly hard time controlling the PnR, especially with Plumlee at center.
