Southern Cal sophomore tailback Emmanuel Moody, who the Sporting News named as the Pac-10's Freshman of the Year in 2006, has decided to transfer. Moody rushed for 459 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 5.8 yards per carry.
However, he missed the last four games of the year and spring practice. With nine running backs left on the Trojans' roster, the nation's No. 1 pre-season team shouldn't miss a beat.
As for Moody, he has mentioned Florida and Oklahoma State as possible destinations. During the recruiting process, Moody initially committed to Texas before choosing USC over Miami and others.
