The Green Bay Press Gazette reports Grant has escalators in his contract that the Packers may not want to pay in 2011.
Analysis:
Grant reportedly has a roster bonus based on cumulative yardage that could add to his base salary. If he rushes for 1,253 yards in 2010, he is line, he would get $5 million in base salary plus $4 million in roster bonuses. The team may try to work out a long-term deal with Grant, or they could ask him to take a pay cut before 2011. (SportsBuff.com)

Detroit Lions.com reports Stafford (right knee/left shoulder) is hoping to be cleared for full participation in offseason conditioning, which begins on March 15.

The Chicago Tribune reports the Bears could begin to negotiate with Ogunleye, who is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent, at some point.
Analysis:
Ogunleye had 8.5 sacks in 14 games in 2009 before fracturing his left fibula. He may get some attention on the open market, but since he will turn 33 in August teams could be cautious. (SportsBuff.com)
