Just a few notes for Thursday's South Carolina-Kentucky showdown:
--As a coach, Steve Spurrier owns an unblemished 14-0 straight-up record against Kentucky.
--South Carolina has won seven in a row over UK.
--Four of the last five games have been decided by a touchdown or less.
--South Carolina owns a 5-3 spread record in eight games as a home 'chalk' during Spurrier's three-year tenure.
--Kentucky is 9-9 ATS as a road underdog under Rich Brooks.
--Dating back to last year, the Wildcats have covered the number in six straight games. They are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 outings.
