This seems to be one of the very few areas in our Luckbox review where the operator is lacking relative to the standard set by top online gaming operators. Luckbox does offer an FAQ page and a support email, but it lacks a live chat feature and a phone number. It's FAQ page leaves a bit to be desired as well. With all of that being said, it's not as if Luckbox's customer service is a failure. It is perfectly fine. It just leaves a little meat on the bone, but that could also be viewed as an easy win for the company as its expansion continues.
