UPDATE 1 P.M. ET SUNDAY: New York and Indiana will duke it out in a Game 7 at Madison Square Garden. The Knicks had a chance to clinch this series in Game 6. But the Pacers notched a 116-103 home win as 4.5-point favorites Friday to tie it up.

The series is also 3-3 ATS for each team. The series price and the Game 7 moneyline now merge, with BetMGM at New York -155/Indiana +130 in Pacers vs Knicks series odds.

"We'll be cheering for the Knicks this afternoon. It may cost us some money today, but we'd love that Celtics-Knicks Eastern Conference finals," BetMGM trader Hal Egeland series. "The Knicks are significantly better for our series markets, but will be worse for today's game.

"We're seeing about four times the money on Knicks moneyline. The spread is pretty close, but likely will tip toward the Knicks closer to game time."

BetMGM opened Game 7 at Knicks -2.5, got to -3.5 late Saturday night and is now at -3.5 (-105). The moneyline shifted from New York -145 to -155.

The Game 7 total opened at 208.5 and made multiple trips to 209.5, along with one stop late Saturday night at 207.5. It's now 209.5.

"All the interest in the total has been on the Over," Egeland said.

BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee concurred with Egeland on the book's desire for a Knicks-Celtics conference final. Asked how bit that matchup would be. Magee had a one-word answer:

"Colossal."
