Heat, Thunder have highest Win Totals

Sportsbook.ag has released NBA Win Totals for the 2012-13 regular season.
Last year's champion, Miami, and the runner-up Oklahoma City both have the highest win totals listed at 60 1/2 games. The Los Angeles Lakers, who made major offseason moves, are right behind the pair with 59 1/2 victories.
The Charlotte Bobcats have the lowest win total at 21 1/2 victories.
