Frederick Narciso is a 24-year-old poker dealer from Las Vegas, Nevada. He works at the Orleans Casino. Narciso won the $500 buy-in “Casino Employees World Poker Championship.” The no-limit hold’em tournament top prize paid $104,701.

Narciso won a cash satellite held by employees of Boyd Gaming to gain his entry into this event. Hence, his $90 investment netted over six figures in profit. He also finished in 27th place in this same event last year.

Narciso is originally from Chicago, Illinois. He is a rap music artist who has “developed a style all his own,” according to his webpage at (visit: Nicknamed “QuietLike,” he has written and developed many musical tracks which can be heard at the site. Narciso has also released a limited-edition debut album called “Cuz Actionz Speak Louder Than Wordz.”

  • This is the second-largest Casino Employees Poker World Championship in history. The 2006 event had slightly more participants.
  • Because of the large size of the field, play went long on Day Two. The finalists played nearly 14 hours. The tournament concluded at 6:00 am.
  • The winner was Frederick Narciso. He collected $104,701 for first place. He also finished 27th in this same event last year.
