Rivarola told reporters on Thursday that the player, known as ``El Gringo,'' will be missed, particularly because his play at midfield has been improving. Torres was on the roster for the last two U.S. World Cup qualifies and is expected to be in the mix for a spot on the U.S. team for this year's tournament in South Africa.
